How it works · Scan attribution

Mail the neighbors. See exactly who scanned.

Turn on tracking and every postcard gets its own QR code and short link, tied to the home it was mailed to. When someone scans, you see the address, not just a response count, and your team knows whose door to follow up on.

The workflow

From a list of homes to a list of hands raised.

01

Pick the homes

Send a saved list or the homes you picked on the map, usually the ones around your current customers.

02

Design and proof

Start from a pest or lawn template or your own design, then check a true-size proof with the trim, safe area, and address block marked.

03

We print and mail

4×6 or 6×9 postcards, or letters. With tracking on, each piece gets a unique code that points to the page you choose.

04

Follow the scans

Every scan is logged against the home it was mailed to and shows up on that property's activity timeline.

The report

What each mailing did.

Look back over the last week, month, quarter, or year. For every mailing you see:

  • Pieces sent and how many carried a tracked code
  • Scans and unique scanners, and the scan rate
  • Conversions: homes that scanned and were later marked won in your pipeline
  • A feed of recent scans with the address behind each one
  • Delivery status for each piece: printed, in transit, delivered, or returned

Before anything prints

You only pay for mail that goes out.

Proof first

A new design can't be mailed until someone on your team has opened its proof, and any edit after that needs a fresh one.

Bad addresses held back

Duplicates, undeliverable addresses, and homes on your Do Not Contact list are pulled out before you're charged.

Credits, not surprises

Each piece uses one credit, whatever the format. You get 25 free credits every month, and anything that doesn't mail is refunded.

Questions

Common questions.

Where does the QR code send people?

To a page you choose, like your booking page or a special offer. You can print your own short web address on the card instead of ours; the QR code still carries the tracking.

What counts as a conversion?

A home that scanned a piece and was later marked won in your pipeline.

Who is the mail addressed to?

Each piece goes to the property address. Homes sent from a saved list are addressed to "Neighbor."

Can we see the postcard before it prints?

Yes, and you have to. A true-size proof with the trim, safe area, and address block marked must be opened before a new design mails, and again after any edit.

What happens to addresses that can't be mailed?

Duplicates, undeliverable addresses, and homes on your Do Not Contact list are held back before you're charged, and any piece that doesn't mail is refunded.
